Feathers Along My Path

By in Uncategorized with 1 Comment

A few years back I could not help but notice feathers, appearing on my daily walks. It always took me by surprise and most the time I felt compelled to pick them up. I kept gather more and more feathers. Every time, each feather was a direct message from Spirit, reminding me I was on the right path.

I felt this message somewhere deep inside me and my mind would quiet and my heart whispered of love.

During this time, my life was rather chaotic and big changes were evident.

The feathers kept coming and I kept gathering them, trusting in my intuitive sight,  proceeding along the path of change. Each feather help me let go of fear and insecurity.  The wrestling match of life consumed my every thought and like a gift from God a feather would be placed upon my path and relief would melt my worries away. My prayers heard and my guides of spirit were with me.

Like wings of love each feather would lift my doubts. I knew there was a grand plan and I was doing my part.

When the moment was right, I knew it was time to release the feathers back to nature, in a small ceremony of thanks. I took the feathers and prayers of thanks and lifted my arms back to the sky, as I released the feathers the wind took them and peace filled the air.

The feather symbolizes  a ritual of my dance here on Earth. The Feather reminds me I am not alone and encourages me to continue along my path. There is a popular quote that rings true.

“When feathers appear Angels are near”

So know in your heart each feather placed upon your path is a gift of Spirit, ever so light.
